Justin is great! We had peppered him with questions at all times of day and night...he answered them all. He made sure we understood timing, options and maintenance and helped us get everything set up. On top of that, he has a great personality and was a joy to work with. I am posting for my brother since he cannot. He was beyond impresses with the service he received here. We came from another dealership where we did not receive great service and it was like a night and day difference!!! David was attentive and answered all of the question he had. Bought a used car. When we got there the car was not cleaned great so they took it back and "got the spots they missed " but didn't actually get it. Im not sure how the detailer, salesmen and any other people inspecting the vehicle couldn't see the clearly still disgusting ceter console and cupholders buuut it was there.
Also didn't receive much information about the car. Any help setting any of the features up. Nothing. It was a poor car buying experience and if these cars weren't so hard to come by in a time we really needed the vehicle we would have walked away.
When we trade this in it will be for another Hyundai, but at a different Hyundai dealership.

Totally unacceptable but I was too annoyed to speak up AGAIN because they've missed it twice already.
Wonderful from start to finish! Mike my sales guy was so great to work with! He made sure to show me everything the car did and told me to never hesitate to call him with any questions. By far the best sales guy I have ever worked with when buying a car!
Fantastic car buying experience! No pressure sales and answered all my questions. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me order my car quickly so I could get exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Would totally buy another car from Woodhouse in the future.
I recently bought a car from them. Great experience overall. Mike was the salesman and Philip helped with the paperwork. Both are very professional and helpful. I never liked the negotiation process, but you have to do it everywhere, except Tesla.
I've leased my last 3 cars through Woodhouse, and each time has been great! This year, I tried another local car dealership, and they completely tried to take advantage of me as a single woman and were very disrespectful. Woodhouse has always treated me with nothing but respect and has always provided me with a good deal. I will keep coming back to Woodhouse!
